Sweet Potato Brownies

Sweet Potato Brownies

A rich, fudgey brownie made from whole-food ingredients — naturally sweet, deeply chocolatey, and built for nourishment.

Yields 8 Servings | Total Time 2 Hours

Ingredients

  • 2 servings (4 scoops) Ritual Cacao

  • 2 cups cooked sweet potato

  • 3 eggs (pasture-raised if possible)

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup additional cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips + more for topping

  • Optional (for added nourishment): 2 scoops collagen of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Lightly grease the pan before lining.

  2. In a blender, add all of the brownie ingredients besides the chocolate chips. Blend until completely smooth.

  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly and top with more chocolate chips.

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set but still slightly fudgey in the center.

  5. Let cool before slicing.

Why It Works

  • Cacao → rich flavor + polyphenols

  • Sweet potato → natural sweetness + fiber

  • Coconut flour → texture + fiber

  • Collagen → added amino acids like glycine for skin/gut support
