2 servings (4 scoops) Ritual Cacao

2 cups cooked sweet potato

3 eggs (pasture-raised if possible)

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup additional cacao powder

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips + more for topping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Lightly grease the pan before lining.

In a blender, add all of the brownie ingredients besides the chocolate chips. Blend until completely smooth.

Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly and top with more chocolate chips.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set but still slightly fudgey in the center.
