Refund policy

We believe in the quality of our products, and we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing howdy@mavigoods.com, and we’ll provide a refund.

NOTE: This return policy is limited to one item (i.e. if more than one of the same product is purchased, we will refund one item). 

We reserve the right to request the return of any unused product at your expense.

You may change or cancel a subscription order anytime up to 24-hours prior to it's scheduled renewal date. Simply log into your account, and manage your subscription or contact us at howdy@mavigoods.com so we may assist with the cancellation.
