Ingredients

  • 2 servings (4 scoops) Ritual Java

  • 1½ cups organic sprouted oats

  • 2 scoops unflavored collagen of choice

  • ¼ cup cacao nibs

  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • ⅓ cup raw honey

  • ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp mineral-rich sea salt


Instructions

  1. Add oats, cacao nibs, and shredded coconut to a food processor. Pulse 8–10 times until a coarse texture forms.

  2. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until fully combined.

  4. Line a plate or baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Lightly wet your hands with water and roll the mixture into evenly sized bites.

  6. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to firm.
