Ingredients

1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt

½ cup frozen wild blueberries (organic if possible)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Flake salt to finish
Instructions

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Ritual Java, and honey (or maple) until smooth. Gently fold in the frozen wild blueberries.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon into 8-12 clusters onto the sheet.

Freeze for 3 hours or until fully frozen.

Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Dip the frozen yogurt clusters into the melted chocolate and quickly place back onto the sheet and immediately sprinkle each cluster with flake salt.
