Chia Pudding Parfaits

A layered chia pudding parfait with your choice of coffee or cacao — a creamy, nutrient-dense base built for sustained energy or calm focus.

Yields 2 Servings | Total Time ~60 Minutes


Chia Pudding Base:

  • 1 serving (2 scoops) Ritual Java or Ritual Cacao

  • 1½ cups milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Layering:

  • Fresh berries or favorite fruit of choice

  • Sprouted nuts & seeds, coconut flakes, dark chocolate

  • Nut butter or more Greek yogurt


Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together all of the chia pudding base ingredients. 

  2. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping. Repeat this step once more. 

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes, or overnight, until thickened.

  4. To assemble, layer chia pudding with assorted toppings in a glass or jar.
