Ingredients

2 servings (4 scoops) Ritual Cacao

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup raw cream or coconut cream

2 tbsp additional cacao powder

3 egg yolks (pasture-raised if possible)

1/4 cup maple syrup or raw honey

1/4 cup cacao nibs

1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Add all ingredients, except the cacao nibs, to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Add in the cacao nibs and pulse a few times so they break up slightly but still have a gritty texture.

Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle mold bags and freeze for 3-4 hours.

Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
