Frozen Yogurt Chocolate Popsicles

A creamy, high-protein frozen treat made with yogurt and cacao — rich, refreshing, and built from real ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 servings (4 scoops) Ritual Cacao

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup raw cream or coconut cream

  • 2 tbsp additional cacao powder

  • 3 egg yolks (pasture-raised if possible)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or raw honey

  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients, except the cacao nibs, to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy. 

  2. Add in the cacao nibs and pulse a few times so they break up slightly but still have a gritty texture.

  3. Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle mold bags and freeze for 3-4 hours. 

  4. Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
